Goal : Lose Weight(12 pound)

roles :
1. I will sleep before 12pm, wake up 6am (a regular life)

2. After wake up I will practice jogging or bycycle about one hour, after dinner half hour, before sleep I will do jung chung breathing about 20 min.

3. take three mails a day(food quantity : half)
