DAY #1
To day was very hard because I was so, so busy! Here is how I did on each of my declarations:
1) I did track my food on myfooddiary.com. I was just slightly over the amount of calories I should eat to loose the max amount of weight safely. Tomorrow I want to add more fruits and veggies because it is healthier and allows me to eat more and still loose weight.
2) I have not exercised yet, but I plan to right after writing this! Tomorrow morning I will go for a bike ride on the Big Park Loop.
3) I didn’t drink any soda! I had iced tea instead (no calories or sugar!)

Sorry I didn’t get to post yesterday! My home computer kept shutting down Internet Explorer when I tried to save my comment. But any way, this is how I did for yesterday and today:
DAY #2
1) I did track my food on myfooddiary.com. Unfortunately, I was a bit over my calorie goal again. I am so busy it has been hard to prepare my own food. Next time, I will ask for fruit instead of fries with my veggie burger. (I love you, french fries, but it is time to say goodbye.)
2) I rode my bike for 30 minutes.
3) No soda!
DAY #2
1) I did track my food. This time I was under my calorie max! (By 4 calories. That means I can have a Tic Tac before bed.)
2) I swam at the Hilton Spa for 30 min.
3) No soda.
I weighted myself at the spa–I was 1/2 pound lighter than a few days ago.

DAY #3
Today was a little easier becasue things were not quite so crowded at work. Here is how I did with my declarations:
1) I tracked my food. I was within calories, but my sodium was too high.
2) I fast-walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes.
2) I had no soda.

Sorry that I am late in reporting. I seem to have a problem with my home computer. It always shuts down Internet Explorer when I try to leave my comments!
DAY #4
1) Tracked food. I got all smileys, which means I made good choices in all nutritional catagories.
2) Walked 50 minuted on Big Park Loop.
3) No soda!
DAY #5

1) Tracked food. A little over calorie limit and high in satuarated fat. (A little too much weekend splurge.)
2) No exercise! I worked late and it was too rainy to walk!!
3) No soda!
DAY #6
1) Tracked food. Okay on calories, but choices could be better.
2) Lots of exercise–20 min. step machine, 20 minutes swimming, and stretching in sauna
3) No soda!
I wieghed myself at the spa on Sunday, and I have lost 2 1/4 pounds! My goal for the coming week will be to improve the nutrition of my food choices.

Well, anyway, I have been bad about reporting on this blog, but I have been keeping up with my goals. I think I still need to increase my exercise. (I have been doing the minimum, but nothing very challenging.) I have, however, lost almost 4 pounds. I am almost there!
