‘Correct my postures when I work sitting on a chair or when I walk’

1.Keep straightening my spine & neck, Open chest, Look front not downward 

2.Walk by JangSaeng walking method. Do side kicking exercise 30 times

3.Do push-up, actually fingertips pushup

(using both hands 15, only right hand 5, only left hand 5, leaning on wall upside down 5)

I think, ‘Right postures create Right mind’
