Hello, everyone

How is it going with your 21 days training?  In my case, I do some pratice like a gentle vibration exercise, UnKi exercise (moving my body feeling and controling Ki energy), Jungchoong exercise(revitalizing breathing) just before sleeping. Just for a short time like 10 minutes, but it is very powerful. Also that makes my sleeping a good time for recharging.

I think sleeping is very special time physically and spiritually. Relaxing and Recharging for physical body and Getting a message or Taking a journey to a spiritual world….^^ Sometimes we fall a sleep without any preparation especially when we are tired from a busy day throwing our body into bed. But I think that’s not a good way to enter a spiritual world. When we start a journey, the more we prepare, the more we can get from it.

So by preparing your body and mind a little bit through a gentle exercise before sleeping, make your sleeping more deep, revitalizing and enjoy a more great journey.
