Or your own exercise right now such as getting up early,jogging or any workout you like? Doing an action is better than reading ^_^
Or some meditation with a sensation of energy? Because when we feel and focus on the sense of energy, our wandering mind stay here and now in my body then we can be as we are. We call it JiGam training then UnKiShimGong training.

I know everyone is busy. But for better efficiency of all, we need a change.

I keep watching my postures and I did 30 fingertips push-up.

Hello all, I’ve been pretty good today, but a little distracted because I’m travelling tomorrow. I’ve been finishing many things today, and it’s been hard to keep my mind totally with me
But, I’ll keep going. It’s only the second day, and I am trying, so I’m not worried about it. Onward and upward!

Today is my first day for 21 day miracle training.
I got up early in the morning at 06:05.
After wake up I did practice bycycle about one hour, after dinner one hour, (before sleep I will do jung chung breathing about 20 min).
take three mails a day(food quantity : half)
It is not easy.
But, feel so good.
